Public Sale – Purchaser Pickup Instructions   The public sale of the stored personal property will conclude on Monday, December 15, 2026. The successful purchaser must contact Bill Butner at TROSA Moving & Storage on Tuesday, December 15, 2026, to schedule a property pickup appointment. Please use either of the following contact numbers: (919) 419-1059, Extension 1330 (919) 423-8220  Scheduled Property Pickup Dates and Times   The purchaser must select one (1) of the following three dates for property pickup when scheduling the appointment. The purchaser is not entitled to use all three days. All purchased items must be removed during the single scheduled pickup day. Wednesday, December 16, 2026: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday, December 17, 2026: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday, December 18, 2026: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM   Removal Requirements and Additional Charges   All purchased property must be removed from the premises by 3:00 PM on the purchaser's scheduled pickup date. The purchaser is solely responsible for providing an appropriate vehicle and any necessary assistance to remove all purchased items from the facility within the scheduled pickup period. Please bring a vehicle large enough to accommodate all purchased items in one trip. All items must be collected during the single scheduled pickup appointment. Failure to remove all purchased property by the applicable deadline will result in an additional storage charge of $50.00 per day until all property has been removed. Please plan accordingly to ensure all purchased items are collected within the designated timeframe and to avoid additional charges.
