Immediately after the final bidding has ended the Auction Purchase Contract will be created and presented to the high bidder for signature via email.  The high bidder will have until 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, November 10 to complete and return the Contract and to transfer the non-refundable deposit of $10,000.00.  The high bidder must contact Randy Wester at 984-500-9395 to complete the deposit transfer. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION BY NOON ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10 WILL RESULT IN THE VOIDING OF THE BID AND THE PROPERTY OFFERED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
